PrairieStar Design Review

All changes to the exterior of your property must first be approved by the PrairieStar Design Review Committee (“PDRC”). This includes landscaping, painting, exterior modifications, and improvements. All exterior changes will need to conform to the Rules and Design Guidelines.

Please follow this link to submit a request to the PDRC.

1. Click Login and enter your information or Create a New Account

2. Click Account Info and select ACC Requests

3. Click Add ACC Request

4. Fill in information pertaining to your request and upload all documents.
